Do not take COZAAR or HYZAAR if you are pregnant or plan to become pregnant. COZAAR and HYZAAR can harm your unborn baby, causing injury and even death. Stop taking COZAAR or HYZAAR if you become pregnant and call your doctor right away.

Do not take COZAAR if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in COZAAR.

Do not take HYZAAR if you are allergic to any of the ingredients in HYZAAR, are allergic to any sulfonamide-containing ("sulfa") medicines, or are not passing urine.
